it was the coldest day for years today!! Ice covered my neighbourhood...this is from our park across the road! I don't do ice and cold very well! I am not an eskimo after all!

- Mouse is sometimes a runner, sometimes a triathlete and sometimes a lazy sod. She is trying to build herself a healthier life through exercise she enjoys. Nite_time_runner tries to be a runner. He is known to run further then he likes to walk back. He has completed many half marathons, and aims to reduce his half marathon time and may have a secret 6 foot track ambition for 2008. Often talks crap when running, much to the annoyance of Mouse!! Together we are happier and healthier than we were before we started running. We have made many great friends through running and have increased our social calendars with more healthy activities than eating and drinking!
